In the event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, we are committed to providing a resolution. Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly if they experience any issues with their order. To facilitate the replacement process for damaged items, we require photographic evidence. Specifically, we ask for images of the damaged item, as well as photographs of both the inside and outside of the package in which it was delivered. This documentation is essential for us to process a claim with the mail carrier as all packages are insured.
